i almost gave a good review but the maid knocked on my door three times in the morning like i was some kind of early riser, and the sticky stain on my comforter? just gross. at least a little special treat would have been nice, i mean, it’s not like i was asking for much.

However, we encountered a sticky stain on one of the bed covers, suggesting that housekeeping missed a crucial detail. Additionally, the maid knocked on our door three times in the morning—8 am, 9 am, and 10 am—interrupting our sleep when checkout was not until 12 pm.

The Double Queen Room was super clean with nice modern decor. I really liked the shower design—it felt like they actually thought about comfort. It was also in a prime spot for exploring Knoxville, which was a big plus for us. Only downside was the AC was a bit loud at night, but it didn't ruin our stay.
